OUR services 

We offer consulting services both directly to our clients and through sub-contracting engagements with other consulting firms. Each engagement is unique regarding the project scope, the problem to be solved, time available, the team and approach. Therefore, each project is individually designed to be a unique combination of building blocks already used in numerous engagements, tailored to the needs of the client.

Analysis and Planning Services
Depending on the client needs, we have run
  • very short 1-2 week assessments (Warranty Data Quick Scan focusing on data analysis, Warranty Process Health Check focusing on process maturity against leading practices) and
  • longer analysis (Warranty Assessment, typically covering systems, processes and data, other assessments related to profitability improvement, service strategy and service business models).
Transformation Services
We offer implementation support (coaching, content expertise, program management) to transformation programs primarily driven by the client or a 3rd party, or we offer turn-key programs with our partner network, covering the analysis, design and implementation of the warranty processes, rules, practices and data. 
Training Services
Digitalization, Industrial IoT and moving from products to services make companies more vulnerable to new types of risks, warranty fraud and service abuse. Many companies are unaware of the risks or the true magnitude and impact on their profits, or simply take it as a cost of doing business.
